Work Where
It Works
Unlike traditional office rentals and coworking spaces, Eagle River Professional Suites offers the perfect happy medium between noisy coworking spaces and long-term large office leases. Each location is within a five-minute drive of I-70 and is walkable to public transit, making it easy to travel and commute to work. The location of both buildings offers a lively but professional atmosphere, whether it’s getting coffee in the morning at Hovey and Harrison or winding down after the work day at the Capital House. Experience the perfect blend of productivity and relaxation, all within a vibrant and dynamic setting.
Since 1994
History
Eagle River Professional Suites is owned and operated by Remonov and Company, a local family-owned business founded in 1994. Founders Rick Mueller and Bobby Hernreich are Vail locals and were the on the forefront of developing high-end commercial space tailored to a mountain lifestyle.
In addition to operating retail and large office/medical commercial space, Remonov also operates Club One Ski Lockers in Vail Village, and Vail Valley Professional Suites. The office suites were created with locals in mind who strive to work hard and play harder, without compromising their professionalism and working environment. This modern office environment in central valley locations promises to ensure high-quality spaces and tenant satisfaction through responsiveness.

“We have been in our office here over 15 years. This building is supported by outstanding property management and superior amenities. I highly recommend these office spaces for their prime location, garaged parking, and their exceptional commitment to landlord/tenant relationships.”
